Let us take care of tracking all of your RSVP’s, attendees and meal choices! As the final weeks countdown to your Big Day we’ll provide both you and your caterer ongoing reports on how your numbers are looking: first weekly, then biweekly and finally, daily reports of your number the week before the wedding. In addition, the wedding couple and their families can receive on-going reports featuring all of the information compiled from the RSVPs on a handy spreadsheet they can download and save to their home computers featuring guests’ names, addresses, meal choices, and any special requests or additional notations from your guests.
