PRE-EVENT
- 5 consultations discussing planning, coordination and vendor referrals
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Provide etiquette advice
- Prepare wedding timelines, day-of-event schedules, and compile budget reports
- Access to Happenings’ Preferred Vendor Network, if desired
- Help scheduling necessary meetings with vendors & wedding party
- Distribute confirmation letters of wedding timelines and itinerary to all vendors and ceremony officiant
- Design seating arrangements
- Prepare wedding party contact information and specific bridal party member itineraries
- Create wedding & honeymoon registry
- Venue inspections & confirm setup arrangements
- Includes complimentary tracking of Guest RSVPs & Meal Choices
DAY-BEFORE and DAY-OF EVENT DIRECTION*
- Rehearsal attendance and direction (2 hours)
- Wedding Ceremony (3 hours) Day of Event Direction
- Serve as single-point-of-contact for vendors
- Implements solutions for issues as they arise at the Ceremony on the Wedding Day
- Serves as a buffer between the wedding couple in effort to reduce unpleasantness
- Coordinate and oversees all ceremony details and directs, as needed, the activities at the Wedding Ceremony location
- Supervision of all vendor deliveries, setup & breakdown
- Access to Happenings’ Professional Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Distribution and pinning (as needed) of flowers for Wedding Party, Parents, Grandparents and other special attendees
- Supervision of all vendor deliveries, setup & takedown details at the Wedding Ceremony location
- Line-up Bridal Party in order
- Help to ensure that your event proceeds on schedule and according to your plan
- Greet guests, direct Ushers in proper seating arrangements
- Remind Organist/Vocalist(s) times and order of musical selections
- Help the Bride with her dress before she walks down the aisle
- Refer guests to the Reception site, graciously answer questions and give directions to reception when necessary
- Collect remaining wedding keepsakes from ceremony site and any gifts or cards that have been left for the couple at the ceremony site and take them all to a pre-designated location
- Reception Direction Services (2 or 3 hours)
- Serve as single-point-of-contact for reception vendors
- Implements solutions for issues as they arise at the Reception
- Serves as a buffer between the wedding couple in effort to reduce unpleasantness
- Coordinate and oversee all ceremony details and directs, as needed, the activities at the Reception location
- Supervision of all vendor services at Reception
- Monitor the duration of the ‘open bar’ and delegate the drink ticket distribution, per the instructions from the Bride and Groom
- Ensure Grand Entrance announcement at reception
- Greet guests and help direct them to their seats at the reception
- Cues Toasts and Special Announcements, as needed
- Help to ensure that your event proceeds on schedule and according to your plan as noted in the Bride’s reception timeline. Supervise the arrival and execution of reception vendor services such as food, beverages, cake, reception dj/entertainment and the like at the Wedding Reception
- Collect any additional wedding keepsakes from reception site and any gifts or cards that have been left for the couple at the reception site and take them all to a pre-designated, safe and secure location
- If the Bride and Groom pre-address envelopes containing payments that are due to vendors on the wedding day, Consultant will distribute accordingly.
POST EVENT
- Name change assistance, tuxedo rental returns & gown to drycleaner/preservation*
