From Rehearsal Dinner planning through the Wedding Ceremony, this comprehensive care package focuses on taking care of the Groom and his side of things….because it’s a Big Day for him, too!
Pre-Event:
- Up to (2) one-hour consultations discussing the Groom’s coordination needs as they relate to the Rehearsal Dinner and the Wedding Ceremony.
- Create specific, individual checklists of responsibilities, tasks and timeframes for the Groom and his Groomsmen.
- Unlimited phone calls and emails between Groom/Groom’s Family and the Event Coordinator, as needed
- Scheduling and attending (if desired) tux fittings
- Rehearsal Dinner planning
- Ceremony venue inspection & walk thru by Coordinator - 1 week prior
- Rehearsal Dinner venue inspection & walk thru by Coordinator - 1 week prior
- Attend Rehearsal on behalf of the Groom, to direct and ensure that the Groom and his Groomsman understand their duties (2 hours on-site)
Day-Of-Event Direction Services:
- Wedding Ceremony (3 hours on-site)
- Serve as the “Go-To-Person” for the Groom and Groom’s Family at the Wedding
- Implements solutions for issues that impact the Groom as they arise on the Wedding Day through the Ceremony
- Serves as a buffer between the wedding couple in effort to reduce unpleasantness
- Ensures that the Groom is looking sharp and put together for pictures and ceremony
- Provide Groom with water to help keep him hydrated
- Oversee the Groom’s portion of the ceremony and direct, as needed, the activities impacting the Groom at the Wedding Ceremony location
- Access to Happenings’ Professional Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Distribution and pinning (as needed) of flowers for Groom, Groomsmen, and the Groom’s Parents, Grandparents and/or other special attendees
- Line-up Groom and Groomsmen, in order, for the Ceremony Processional
- Direct Ushers in proper seating arrangements for Wedding Guests
- Facilitate post-Ceremony Receiving Line
- Give directions to Wedding Guests to the reception and provide them with extra copies of directions to the reception, if needed
