Pre-Event Services
- Up to (2) one-hour consultations between Wedding Couple and Event Coordinator discussing ceremony coordination and vendor arrangements, as needed
- Unlimited phone calls and emails between Wedding Couple and Event Coordinator discussing ceremony coordination and vendor arrangements
- Ceremony venue inspection & walk thru by Coordinator - 1 week prior
Day-Of-Event Direction Services*
- Rehearsal attendance and direction, as needed (2 hours)
- Distribute Wedding Day Timeline, as prepared by the Bride
- Wedding Ceremony (3 hours) Day of Event Direction
- Serves as the single-point-of-contact for vendors
- Implements possible solutions for issues as they arise at the Ceremony on the Wedding Day
- Serves as a buffer between the wedding couple in effort to reduce unpleasantness
- Oversees ceremony and directs, as needed, the activities at the Wedding Ceremony location
- Access to Happenings’ Professional Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Distribution and pinning (as needed) of flowers for Wedding Party, Parents, Grandparents and other special attendees
- Supervision of all vendor deliveries, setup & takedown details at the Wedding Ceremony location
- Line-up Bridal Party in order
- Help to ensure that your event proceeds on schedule and according to your plan
- Greet guests, direct Ushers in proper seating arrangements
- Remind Organist/Vocalist(s) times and order of musical selections
- Help the Bride with her dress before she walks down the aisle
- Refer guests to the Reception site, graciously answer questions and give directions to reception when necessary
- Collect all remaining wedding keepsakes from ceremony site and any gifts or cards that have been left for the couple at the ceremony site and take them all to a pre-designated, safe and secure location
*NOTE: For Day-of-Event Direction Only Services, the bride will take the responsibility of preparing a timeline, confirming details and commitments of her vendors, and all other pre-wedding planning duties. The consultant will carry out the duties based upon the bride’s planning and preparations. In these instances where the consultant has no previous interaction with the vendors, the wedding coordinator is only as good as the information the bride provides. |
